Mr. Deeds (2002)
In this loose remake of 1936's "Mr. Deeds Goes to Town," Sandler has the chutzpah to take on the role made famous by Gary Cooper. Longfellow Deeds owns a pizzeria in Mandrake Falls, New Hampshire and is about to inherit 40 billion dollars and a mammoth media company. Naturally, this inheritance brings out all the scam artists and tabloid reporters, including Babe Bennett (Ryder). Not yet reviewed.
