Motorman Dan (David C. Hayes) runs a dilapidated mechanic shop in the middle of the desert, and as a hobby collects memorabilia from serial killers. His isolation pushes him to the limits of sanity, however, and when he hits the stranded Ryan (Jose Rosete) with his car, reducing his mental capacity to that of a child, Dan reconstructs him as a killing machine.
